Aaron Hensley
From the mat to the mic — and from broke to a multimillion-dollar exit.
Aaron Hensley is a 7th-degree Black Belt under Chuck Norris and a lifelong martial artist who started with just $50 and a vision to impact the world.
What began as a single martial arts school grew into a multi-state organization generating over $7 million per year, leading to a multimillion-dollar exit by age 41.
Today, Aaron leads Rise4More Brands — a collective built to equip martial arts school owners, coaches, and entrepreneurs with the systems, mindset, and accountability they need to rise.
He’s a leader to hundreds of instructors and a coach to business owners nationwide — but at his core, he’s still a teacher.
