Welcome to Rise4More! We're excited to support you on your personal and professional growth journey. Please review these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or engaging our services.
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Definitions
"Services" means all coaching, consulting, training, digital products, and related services provided by Rise4More.
"Client" means any individual or entity that engages Rise4More for services.
"Materials" means all content, methodologies, frameworks, assessments, and resources provided by Rise4More.
"Platform" means our website, mobile applications, and any digital platforms we use to deliver services.
"Agreement" means any service agreement, contract, or terms governing your specific engagement with Rise4More.
2. Nature of Services
2.1 Coaching and Consulting Services
Rise4More provides professional coaching and consulting services focused on:
Martial arts curriculum development and instruction
Marketing strategy and implementation
Business development and optimization
Organizational structure and systems
2.2 Not Licensed Professional Services
IMPORTANT: Our services are not intended to replace licensed professional services such as:
Medical or mental health treatment
Legal advice
Financial planning or investment advice
Licensed therapy or counseling
If you require these services, we strongly recommend consulting with appropriate licensed professionals.
2.3 No Guarantee of Results
We don't guarantee results or offer legal advice. Entrepreneurship and business development involve risk and hard work. Always consult with your professionals. Any testimonials showing our success or our clients' success are not to be interpreted as common, typical, or expected. Some testimonials are from clients who now work as Rise4More coaches or trainers. It takes education, drive and hard work to reach your goals.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Engagement and Participation
As a client, you agree to:
Participate fully and honestly in coaching sessions
Complete agreed-upon action items and assignments
Communicate openly about challenges and progress
Provide timely feedback when requested
Do the damn work required to achieve your goals
3.2 Information Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your situation to enable effective coaching and consulting.
3.3 Implementation
You acknowledge that coaching and consulting require active participation and that results depend largely on your willingness to implement suggested strategies and take action.
4. Session Policies
4.1 Scheduling and Attendance
Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our designated booking system
You will receive confirmation and reminder communications for scheduled sessions
Please arrive on time and prepared for your sessions
4.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling
24-Hour Notice: Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice
Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to full payment
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of that session
4.3 Session Recording
Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance, training purposes, or to provide you with session summaries. You will be notified before any recording begins and may request that sessions not be recorded.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Fees and Packages
All fees for services are clearly outlined in your service agreement
Payment is due in advance unless otherwise specified
Package deals and payment plans may be available as outlined in your specific agreement
5.2 Refund Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed, Results are not. You must do the damn work!: If you're not satisfied with your session, we will work to help overcome your obstacles
No Refunds: No refunds will be provided
5.3 Late Payments
Late payments may result in suspension of services until account is current.
5.4 Payment Plans
If a service is purchased utilizing a monthly payment plan, you are responsible for 100% of agreed-upon payments equaling the original purchase price. If any payments are not received, the entire purchase is void and the payments made up to that point are forfeited and will not be refunded. Access to any digital product or platform will be removed.
5.5 Payment Method Authorization
You authorize Rise4More to automatically charge your designated payment method for recurring payments. You represent and warrant that you are an authorized account holder of any financial account provided for payment.
5.6 Collection Costs
If you fail to pay any amount when due, you are responsible for all costs of collection incurred by Rise4More, including attorneys' fees.
6. Digital Products and Online Training
6.1 No Refunds on Digital Products
There is no refund at all on any digital products. You will receive access to online training platforms for the amount of time stated in the product description you purchased.
6.2 Access Issues
If you have problems accessing digital content, contact our Customer Support Department immediately at (702) 533-0507 during business hours so we can resolve the issue.
6.3 Usage Rights
Purchase of a Rise4More training module does not grant rights to share, reproduce, or resell the product in any way. All digital and downloadable product sales are final.
6.4 Agreement Terms
Any agreements for downloadable/digital products are NOT subject to cancellation, refund, or store credit. We do not accept verbal modifications of these agreements and the "no refund and no cancellation" policy is strictly adhered to.
6.5 Contract Obligations
You agree not to do a chargeback for any services rendered or digital products delivered. You acknowledge that you are paying in monthly installments on your total contract value as a payment plan, not a recurring subscription fee. Cancelling or removing the credit card on file does not cancel your subscription and violates the terms of the agreement.
7. Live Events and Training
7.1 Event Tickets
Live event tickets are nonrefundable unless otherwise specified for store credit eligibility. One ticket is required per attendee and is only valid for the specified date(s) and area(s) of the event.
7.2 Age Requirements
To enter a live event, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age unless otherwise specified. No one is permitted entry without a ticket.
7.3 Identification Requirements
You must present valid government-issued photo identification that matches the name on your ticket. Acceptable forms include:
Government-issued passport with photo
Government driver's license with photo (U.S. or Canada)
Military identification card with photo
Government-issued identification card with photo
7.4 Event Credits and Changes
If you cannot attend an event, you may request a 100% store credit or transfer to a future event if requested at least 15 days prior to the event date. This applies only to tickets purchased without restrictions.
7.5 Event Postponement
If events are postponed due to supervening events (Acts of God, government requests, strikes, etc.), tickets will automatically roll over to the next available date. If an event cannot be rescheduled within 180 days, you will receive a store credit.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
8.1 Your Privacy
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during our coaching relationship. Details of our privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Testimonials and Case Studies
With your written consent, we may use your success stories, testimonials, or anonymized case studies for marketing purposes. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
8.3 Legal Limitations
Confidentiality may be limited by legal requirements, including situations where there is risk of harm to yourself or others.
8.4 Information Collection
We collect personal information when you register, place orders, use our services, enter promotions, subscribe to newsletters, or interact with us. This may include your name, email, phone number, address, billing information, and demographic details.
8.5 Credit Authorization
By providing your contact information, you explicitly consent to receive communications and authorize Rise4More to obtain your personal credit profile from credit reporting agencies under the FCRA for credit pre-qualification purposes. This is a soft pull and will not harm your credit.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Rise4More Materials
All coaching methodologies, frameworks, assessments, worksheets, and proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of Rise4More. You may use these materials for your personal development but may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission.
9.2 Your Materials
Any work product you create during our coaching relationship remains your intellectual property, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9.3 Website Content
All website content, including text, images, logos, and videos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
10. Communication Guidelines
10.1 Response Times
Email inquiries will typically be responded to within 48 hours during business days
Urgent matters should be clearly marked as such
Emergency support is not provided through our standard communication channels
10.2 Professional Boundaries
Coaching and consulting services are provided during scheduled sessions and agreed-upon communication windows. We maintain professional boundaries and are not available for crisis intervention or emergency support.
11. SMS/Text Message Services
11.1 Opt-In Service
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Rise4More including:
Coaching tips and motivational content
Session reminders and schedule updates
Goal-setting and accountability check-ins
Business development insights
Updates on martial arts curriculum, marketing strategies, and business structure
11.2 Frequency and Costs
You will receive approximately 2-4 text messages per week. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
11.3 Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by texting "STOP" to our number. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
11.4 Support
For help with text messages, reply "HELP" or contact [email protected].
12. Class Action Waiver and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Binding Individual Arbitration
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of Rise4More services or this Agreement shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration.
12.2 No Class Actions
You and Rise4More agree that each party may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
12.3 No Consolidation
Unless both parties agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
12.4 Waiver of Jury Trial
You and Rise4More acknowledge that by agreeing to this waiver, both parties waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
12.5 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware (state of incorporation). However, disputes related to services provided in Nevada may be subject to Nevada law as applicable. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of Delaware or Nevada as determined by the nature of the dispute.
12.6 Arbitration Process
Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 Service Limitations
Rise4More's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Lost profits or business opportunities
Personal or professional decisions made based on our coaching
Results or outcomes from implementing suggested strategies
13.2 Maximum Liability
In no event shall Rise4More's total liability exceed the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services or platform to:
Engage in unlawful activities
Violate the rights of others
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Share account access with unauthorized parties
Use services for any purpose other than personal/professional development
Resell or transfer tickets or digital products without authorization
15. Physical Products and Merchandise
15.1 Third-Party Fulfillment
Most apparel items are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. We cannot refund or exchange items if you ordered the wrong size, have buyer's remorse, provide your address incorrectly, or have an unclaimed shipment returned.
15.2 Shipping Issues
Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned will be liable for reshipment costs. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days.
15.3 Direct Fulfillment Returns
For products not from third-party fulfillment, return the physical product in NEW condition with proof of purchase within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping and handling).
16. Promotions and Special Offers
16.1 Promotional Terms
Rise4More may offer promotions or discounts from time to time. Specific terms will be provided in the promotional materials. Promotions involving free trials are limited to one per household.
16.2 Free Trial Billing
If your promotional offer provides for a free trial in connection with a paid membership, your billing will begin upon expiration of the trial period. You will not receive notice that your trial has ended.
16.3 Offer Combinations
Offers and discounts may not be combined unless specifically stated.
17. Subscription Services
17.1 Automatic Billing
You authorize Rise4More to automatically charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees without further notice.
17.2 Cancellation Methods
Subscribers may cancel by:

Through our online customer portal
17.3 Cancellation Processing
Allow up to 48 hours for processing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided.
18. Publicity and Media Release
18.1 Event Photography/Recording
By attending any live event, you grant permission to Rise4More to use your name, image, likeness, and statements in any live or recorded media for any purpose, including advertising and promotional purposes.
18.2 Testimonial Usage
You may be asked to provide testimonials about your experience. Any testimonials become the property of Rise4More and may be used for marketing purposes.
18.3 Communication Consent
By purchasing services or providing contact information, you consent to receive communications via email, phone, and SMS from Rise4More and selected partners.
19. Account Termination
19.1 Termination by Either Party
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. Unused pre-paid services may be subject to the refund policy outlined herein.
19.2 Termination for Cause
We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior.
19.3 Delinquent Accounts
If you have delinquent invoices past 90 days or make three consecutive delinquent payments, your account will be suspended, and you will still be liable for the full contract value.
20. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
21. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
22. Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use our services or website.
23. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including Acts of God, government actions, strikes, or other supervening events.
24. Entire Agreement
These terms, along with your specific service agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rise4More.

26. Additional Disclaimers
26.1 Martial Arts and Physical Activity
If our coaching involves martial arts curriculum or physical training recommendations, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks. You participate at your own risk and should consult with a physician before beginning any physical training program.
26.2 Professional Licensing
Rise4More provides business and personal development coaching. We are not licensed therapists, medical professionals, financial advisors, or attorneys. Our services supplement but do not replace professional licensed services.
26.3 TCPA Compliance
By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages from Rise4More at the number provided, including through automated technology. This consent is not required as a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
